Hello, and thank you for visiting!

My name is Ms. Stephanie, and I’m the proud owner and founder of Berkys Early Development, LLC. With over 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I am deeply passionate about nurturing young minds and creating learning environments where children feel safe, inspired, and empowered.

I hold an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Nassau Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in History with a focus in Early Childhood Education from Queens College. My commitment to lifelong learning drives me to stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field to ensure that every child receives a high-quality, developmentally appropriate education.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching children from infancy through age 12, and spent over a decade at two of New York’s most respected child care learning centers. I later served as a Center Director, where I successfully led programs serving over 150 students and managed a dedicated team of more than 30 educators. More recently, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to help launch and shape two thriving educational spaces under the Berkys name.

Berkys Early Development is a labor of love—a place where children are encouraged to grow through play, structure, exploration, and creativity. As our programs continue to expand, I remain committed to building a nurturing foundation for lifelong learning.
